For Tom Budzynski, building custom homes is a family affair. As owner of TJB Homes, Tom, along with his two sons, Jason and Justin, and his nephew, Jereomy, take a strong team approach in every home they build. This team approach—along with their strong creativity—have earned the company a stellar reputation in the home construction industry within the Twin Cities metro area.

"We create excitement in all of our homes," Budzynski says. "Whether a home costs $400,000 or $2 million, we focus on integrating a level of creativity that focuses on depth, dimension, and color to create remarkable homes."

Since 1980, Budzynski has followed the path of his home building father and grandfather, developing 35 custom homes each year. "In all of our building projects, our family team works together to make sure our custom homes are perfect," he says. This team approach extends far beyond the immediate family members to include the company’s building partners, many of whom have worked with TJB Homes since its inception.

"By using the same top-notch craftsmen, we have developed long-term relationships that bring more than 100 years of experience to our home building projects," Budzynski says. TJB Homes builds across the Twin Cities, but currently they are focusing heavily on the Blaine area.
